Returns & Refunds

We do not offer regular returns or refunds for purchased products. This does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchange Policy

Eligible customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Only one exchange request is permitted per order.

• Products must be unused and unwashed.

• Original product tags must remain intact.

• Sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

• Custom-altered products are not eligible for exchange.

• Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

An unpacking video is required when reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Please contact our customer support team with your order details so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 day of placement or before the order status changes to Processing, whichever occurs first.

For eligible order cancellations, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
